Getting dental implants is a multi-step process.

First is the implant placement procedure. Dr. Ripa numbs your mouth with a local anesthetic and inserts the dental implants into your empty tooth sockets. The number of implants you get depends on how many teeth are missing and the type of restoration you want. After surgery, your mouth heals for several months, allowing the implants to fuse with your bone. 

You return to Trump Village Dental after the integration is complete. Dr. Ripa uses an intraoral camera to scan your mouth and sends your scans to a dental lab. Then, the lab manufactures a series of custom implant restorations.

When your dental implant restorations are finished, you visit Trump Village Dental for the third time. Dr. Ripa attaches the restorations to your implants and checks your bite. He then polishes your teeth and provides care instructions.
